These Tiger prawns at Proxy are to die for. Very fresh, marinated for long hours with spices, it was cooked perfectly on tandoor, not over cooked. It was crunchy, juicy and spicy. Due to long hour marination the spices were coated well. Beautiful plating with anardana foam and mayo. One of the best prawn appetizer I've ever had.
