Amritsari Kulcha, Tawa Gosht & Kebabs: This Food Stall Is Serving Delicious Punjabi Delicacies

Finding the most authentic parathas in Hyderabad can be tricky but The Kulcha Kulture is quickly changing that definition with its buttery parathas and galouti kebabs. 

When we heard Madhapur got a food stall that's whipping Punjabi cuisine like a pro, we just had to make a visit. Located inside a drive-in, The Kulcha Kulture has the friendliest of staff. We asked for Galouti Kebab, Chilli Kulcha, and Bauji Da Chur Chur Kulcha and were served plate-fulls of food in no time. The kebabs were served with pudina chutney, rumali roti and were tender; the fact that they weren't spicy made way for the charred flavour. The parathas then arrived with a bowl of chole and imli chutney. Butter was generously ladled over the parathas, and the imli chutney gets an ecstatic nod from us. Plus, you can ask for another bowl of chole and chutney at no cost. Feels like home, no?
