So many Bars and Café in the city, But Proxy will take you to a different level. This place is serving you Excellent Global Fusion Cuisine with Exquisite Presentation. Menu curated by well Experienced Chefs, totally different compared to other places. It's been just 4 days since they have opened this pace and the response already is crazy.
We were here last night for dinner. Featuring here is Butter Chicken Poutine, Herb Panko. Poutine is a dish that includes french fries and cheese curds topped with Any gravy of Melted cheese, etc. Its originated in the Canadian province of Quebec and emerged in the late 1950s in the Centre-du-Québec area. It has long been associated with Quebec cuisine! But at the proxy, you are getting in an Indian Version, topped with Butter Chicken. Outstanding and scrumptious, Very very creamy gravy, the chicken was sliced and it was tender, well-cooked with a Layer on Cheese on top and bottom of fries.
