What Makes It Awesome

Tonique in Jubilee Hills describes itself as Asia’s biggest liquor mall and houses more than 1,500 brands from all across the world, under one roof. They say you should either go home or get drunk. What if you can do both? Saunter into Tonique and get deluged by the endless rows and aisles of alcohol. Looking for imported scotch or beer? Or want to get yourself a bottle of New World wine? Whatever is your poison, Tonique can take care of it. The bottles of scotch, vodkas, and whiskeys are put on a humble pedestal with sepia-coloured light throwing them into the limelight.

The wine is categorised country-wise and you’ll find New World wines from South Africa, GMH from Australia, Frontera from Chile, and several others from New Zealand, the United States, and Saudi Arabia. The exotic ones rub shoulders with the local ones like Krsma and Sula. Tonique's extensive collection also boasts of Old World wines from Europe and champagne of course with sparkling wines too.

A great selection of single malts and blended whiskeys like Talisker, Glenlivet along with cognac such as Remy Martin, Hennessy are put on display. As you enter the store, what’ll catch your eye is ‘The John Walker’ private collection priced at a whopping INR 5,23,710, which isn’t available anywhere else in the Telangana region apparently. Tonique also has quirky party accessories like freakish animal-face flasks, mixers, funky bottle openers, bottle holders, and wine glasses. After you've picked up your drinks if you and your friends are planning to head out to a farmhouse, here is a great option close to the airport.
