In Hyderabad Regional Cuisines are trending not only Andhra / Telangana,Rayalseema but flavors from other states like Awadhi, Bihari ,Punjabi,Bengali Cuisines has made special space in People's heart

Since hyderabad is known for it's Biryani and people don't want to try anything beyond Biryani,as we can see food culture has expanded a lot in last few years so apart from other regional cuisines people are trying other regional cuisines

we recently came across a small food Joint in Sri Ram Nagar colony , Botanical Garden Road with 14 Seater  place owned by Mr. Pratyush Anand , he is from Bihar and passionate about Cooking

If you will check his menu you will find delicacies from UP, Bihar & Maharashtra, Bihar is known for their Litti Chokha where sattu stuffed are available in Fried or Baked. Traditional Chokha you will get Potato along with Baigan Bharta

If you are a Non Vegetarian you can try Litti with Chicken , traditional method to prepare Litti is preparing Cowdung as Fuel which add different flavor to the dish

All the spices, oil,ghee are brought from Bihar and the spices used in food is all in house prepared by Mr. Pratyush

Their Signature Dish is Bihari Style Mutton Ghee,Kebabs,Tawa Litti Murg which is Patna Street Style,Awadhi Chicken Korma,Bihari Chicken masala

Try their Shami Kebabs,Galouti Kebabs which melts in your mouth in some micro Second which goes perfect with Ulte Tawa Paratha
