Turn Up The Volume And Go On A Long Drive To This Rustic Village Themed-Restaurant

What Makes It Awesome

You don't need to plan a getaway or spend big bucks for that much-needed rejuvenation over the weekend. Simply update your playlist, gather your buddies and set off on a long drive on Hyderabad - Vijayawada highway. You shall be greeted by a quaint restaurant with charming Worli art-adorned walls, complete with a bullock-cart for that authentic village vibe.

Village Aharam is an organic restaurant that sources its ingredients from a community of local farmers. Their endeavour is to promote the community of farmers and to protect the environment. The food served is based on Ayurvedic doshas and is prepared using traditional methods like firewood cooking for added flavour. Right from chicken rice combo, biryani, natu kodi delicacies to healthy drinks like Lemon Faluda, Raagi Jawa, they've got it all. Although they have plenty of vegetarian dishes, this restaurant is a true boon for meat lovers. Food is served on banana leaves and beverages like water, tea and coffee are served in adorable single-use clay glasses that you can take home with you.

Pro-Tip

While all the dishes on their menu are worth a try, if you're visiting for the first time, opt for the combo breakfast that has a little bit of all their best dishes - pongal, idli, vada, upma, and a yummy multigrain dosa all served with a range of freshly made chutneys. Wash it down with a glass of nutritious and cooling ragi malt, served with the combo.
