We're Loving The Indo-Chinese Fare at This New Restaurant in Madhapur

If you've grown up in Hyderabad, chances are you've frequented iconic Chinese restaurants like Alex's Kitchen, Chung Hua and Nanking that once ruled the roost when it came to dining out. If you've been missing the awesome Indian-Chinese fare these restaurants offered, or if you're looking for something new but with the same taste you will love the food at Minyu—The Asian Affair. 

The restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere, complete with a glocal, Indo-Chinese ambience. We love that the meals here start with a serving of hot Jasmine Tea, even before orders are placed. The menu consists of familiar dishes with an assortment of vegetarian, pescatarian and meat variants.

We were told that the place is ideal for pure vegetarians, as the meat based dishes which are also Halal are cooked and served in separate cookware and serveware which we thought was pretty note-worthy. 

If you are a lover of seafood then do not miss out on the Butter Garlic Prawns at Minyu, a perfect combination of flavour and crispiness. Further, we could not resist the Fried Rice with Ginger Chicken, and a Spicy Thukpa Bowl. The portions are generous, and worth your buck. For dessert, we'd suggest try the Minyu Triple Delight —a combo of three delectable desserts which were Fried Ice Cream, Honey Darsaan and a soft piece of Brownie.
