What Makes It Awesome?

In the Frame: Nizami Murg Masallam

Murg Musallam, which probably means Whole Chicken, is a Famous Mughlai Dish originating from the Indian Subcontinent. This dish consists of a Whole Chicken which marinated with Many spices like Cloves, Saffron, Cinnamon, Cardamom and More. Also, the Main Ingredient here is Curd. Perfectly Seasoned With Salt, Crushed Black Pepper cooked in a Mild thick Gravy.

But at Biryani Ghar, The main gravy is cooked in Almonds Almost 300 GM's which the gravy Think, rich and Flavour. The chicken was Marinated for 2-3 hours and the preparation time to cook this takes a minimum of 45 minutes. I went mad after having this Because it was bloody delicious. The chicken was very soft, Served very hot. Very succulent and juicy. Usually, people eat this along with Rice, But we had with hot Butter Naans!

Highly recommended, Pre Order this in advance, or at least 3 hours before you visit this place. The best Murg Musallam I've had in my Life Kudos to Biryani ghar for this Scrumptious Dish.
