What Makes It Awesome?

What a delightful lunch I experienced in Thai Pavilion at Taj Vivanta Which will always be one of my best memories of all time.

Right from the moment I enter the place I was just surprised with ambience and ofc food!😁

It was Relaunch of Thai pavilion and I was just checking out the place and yes TAJ, it defines the name with its luxurious decor and Thai Pavillion totally justified with its exotic dishes.

Staring with:

#soup
Tom Yum Chicken Soup was so good with chillies, veggies, chicken and that flavourful broth!

#Appetizers
Satay Kai Was amazing, especially with that Peanut Sauce. It was like Bam of flavour in my mouth!
Which so dragged me to also have it with CRAB DUMPLINGS & PRAWNS WITH HUNAN SAUCE!

The Hunan sauce Prawns was Addictive Tangy taste and perfectly cooked Prawns!

I must say, the peanut sauce took all 3 appetizers to Next level, though it was of one bite but a mouthful of taste.

#Dimsum
Assorted Veg and Non-Veg Dimsums were simple yet delicious! The veggie ones were colourful & Eye-catching and Non-veg one was interesting because it had fish, chicken, Prawns. I also like the chicken BAO and fish Dimsum which was again taken to Next level by the Chilli sauces.

#Maincourse

Stir-Fried Pink salmon in Ginger Soya Sauce with Yaki Udon Noodles. I was flattered with the presentation and as well as the taste of the sauce on noodles. Perfectly balanced sauce and soft noodles. I would suggest the salmon be simply Seared and not battered Fried.

Malaysian Yellow Curry Chicken was inviting and Super tasty, the Richness and creaminess of curry was made how's it's meant to be. Which of course goes best with Jasmine Rice. So was with Thai Green Veg Curry!

#Desserts
DESSERT PLATTER
APPLE TOFU, TUB TIM GROB and LITCHI ICE CREAM. These were the best among all
Ridiculously Delicious and Addictive. It Concluded this delightful lunch at Very Adorable Node! And I made sure I had Tub Tim GROB and Litchi Ice cream twice😉.
