Even if you drink enough water, do yoga everyday, meditate, eat healthy, there are times that your skin will go loco. And during those times, you have to rely on certain make-up products to look ‘lit from within’ naturally. Over the past few weeks, I have found that this makeup makes my skin look bright, shiny and radiant {even when all I want is to toss some mithai down my throat}:
4 Make Up Products That Will Make Your Skin Look Flawless
Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter Duo in Mean Money/Hu$la Baby
Highlighters are such a millennial favourite. I love mine too, but among all the products I own this Fenty Beauty Duo has got me the most compliments. When I wear it, people ask what skincare I use, what my diet and the like, and while I’d like to think it’s mostly natural, I know that this beautiful product is working really hard. This peach gold highlighter is perfect for Indian skin tones {including darker complexions}. Unlike Nars Orgasm, which tends to make skin texture look even worse, this gives the skin a glow but doesn’t enhance the bumpiness that one can get from old acne scars. The matte side is subtle but can be used before brushing on the more pigmented, metallic, glow-y side.

Guerlain Terracotta Bronzer
If you’ve watched my videos, you’’ll know that I’m a bronzer addict. I prefer it to blush because the right bronzer can make your complexion look luminous and not too pink, and, when used subtly, it can add dimension to your bone structure without looking too harshly contoured. Among all the bronzers I’ve tried, nothing beats this classic. It’s super-finely milled, so despite adding a glow to your face, it will not enhance the bumpiness on your skin. Even though my bronzer is broken, I’m still holding on to it because this is the first thing I reach for when I want to look fresh faced and radiant.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer
If you have large pores, bumpiness, old acne scars or uneven skin texture, then nothing beats this primer. The thing with primers is that you only have to use the tiniest little bit. Use literally a pinch, rub between you fingers to thin it out and then apply it only around the sides of the nose, cheeks, centre of the forehead – spots where your pores are a bit larger. Or, at any other place where the texture is uneven. Using too much will make your foundation ball up. This one fills out the unevenness, so when you apply foundation, your skin looks super smooth.

Bodyography Veil Foundation Primer in Green
I love this primer most on days when redness is my primary concern. Just a dab of it on red spots will neutralise the colour and make your skin look calm and rested. Sometimes, I just rub the tiniest bit of this primer over any redness and go out without wearing foundation. A very popular dermatologist told me that my skin looked photoshopped when I was wearing this primer.
