So 48 Plates is run by two ladies who have set up space with their hearts specially curated menu from all over the world. I almost wanted to try everything on the menu though but ended up with the best ones,
Starting with the drinks I had a kafir lime drink which was so delicious with Apt kaffir lime leaves and good flavour. Also had their coconut lemonade which had the flavour of lemonade and coconut as well.
Coming on the food now,
Starting with snacks:
Mutton bao and jack fruit bao which was succulent in terms of the filling and baos were will be steamed and tasty. Spanakopita. Well, this was spinach filled samosas food filling and yummy.
The mains had a lot of options we choose to have the shepherds pie which was baked for the right time had the flavour of mutton mince and potatoes making it one of the best choices to have. Next was ghee roast chicken with appam little spicy but had the exact spices take and appam were well made soft yet crispy.
Lastly had the ramen bowl honestly felt the quantity was too much for one person so can be had by two people good stuffing of chicken and soupy as ramen should be.
Overall an amazing experience with warmth and love curated by two lovely ladies.
