If you came to LBB’s Dessert Bazaar, you were bound to have come across Georgia Dakota- one of the most crowded stalls of the day. With platters holding samples of everything from Chocolate Zucchini cake, Lemon Pistachio cake and Orange Cranberry loaf to chocolate cookies and granola, the variety was extreme and most of it was well-appreciated.

Rich dark cocoa mixed with light yogurt to make a moist sponge cake, topped with Swiss meringue buttercream and pomegranate molasses for that perfect pairing of tart and sweet.

These, too are yogurt-based. Full of fresh, tart and sweet apples, mixed with raspberries and blueberries, and topped off with a cinnamon scented oat based crumble, they’re full of flavour and texture.

Georgia’s take on a classic marble cake. An airy sponge cake infused with fine cocoa, drizzled with real Belgian dark and white chocolate. This one’s super light and goes perfectly with your evening cuppa.

Georgia Dakota’s latest offering include egg-free, wheat-free and dairy-free bites which come in Mango and Chai Spiced variants. The mango bites contain cashews, mangoes and turmeric and the chai ones comprise almond butter, dates and a melange of chai spices. They’re pretty handy and you can just pop them into your handbag before you venture out.
