Sangria, Sushi Or Pizza: These 4 Sunday Brunches In Gurgaon Are Worth Waking Up For

Parul posted on 09 July

Sunday Funday with beer or sushi, Gurgaon has lots of brunching options. In fact, you can try a new brunch every Sunday, with your squad, and honour the best day of the week, before Monday morning blues set in.

P.S. Most of these brunches are under INR 2,000 per person but prices are liable to change.

The all-new Sunday Brunch at Twist is what your Asian meal dreams are made of, but we’d recommend you start the meal with the Twist Chicken Wings {doused in a sweet, spicy sauce}. Follow this up with their Thai Raw Papaya Salad and Crackling Spinach before you start your dim sum binge.

For mains, choose from Fish in Soya Chilli, Schezwan Chicken or the Ma Po Tofu and Stir-Fried Greens and end your meal with their Honey Noodles and Ice cream {a classic at most Chinese restaurants}.

The best bit? Pair your food with unlimited wine, sangria, cocktails, whisky, vodka and gin as part of a kickass unlimited brunch package.

Nagai’s new Sunday Brunch is super fancy, so you might want to save this one for a special occasion! Get your fill of assorted Sashimi and the most delicious of rice and noodle {available in Udon and Soba variants} bowls this side of town.

For mains, we’d recommend their Tofu Steaks, Chicken Kaarage or Pork Katsu, all served with a side of Japanese steamed rice. That’s just the half of it, don’t miss the Salmon Teriyaki and the Tuna Tataki while you’re at it – remember brunches are meant for all-you-can-eat binging! Finish with their matcha desserts or a bowl of gelato and head home for a siesta.

FresCo has a special Sunday brunch with every possible Mediterranean delight you can dream of, from dips and breads to summer salads and starters. We love this restaurant for their thin crust pizzas and creamy, cheese-laden pastas, though. Balance things out with a course or two of healthy salads if you must, and then head back for more!

7 Degrees Brauhaus

If you think beer is synonymous with Sunday brunch, then you belong at a brewery. 7 Degrees is one of Gurgaon’s original microbreweries and their wheat beer is stellar. Grilled meats are always an awesome accompaniment to beer and we suggest you get yours with a side of salads.

If you want to switch things up, go for a pitcher of Sangria and pair it with the Indian dishes on the menu.
