Promoted

Always plan to cook, but never have the time? Or do you also find the process of washing, peeling, boiling and mashing potatoes time-consuming (and a hassle)? Well, cooking and relishing your favourite dishes, be it Aloo Paratha, Aloo Tikki, or Bread Pakoda, is no longer a task because Just Potate’s Potato Flakes is here to rescue you.

Just Potate’s Potato Flakes are super convenient, have a higher shelf life and are easy to store. In case you’re wondering, we found Just Potate’s Potato Flakes on Otipy and BigBasket that taste delicious as ever and can be cooked just the way you want.

These delicious Potato Flakes don’t just save us time and effort while cooking but double up as the perfect mashed potato and/or as thickener for any and every recipe where potato is used. All you have to do is pour some warm water into the Potato Flakes and voila, your potato mash is all set to be seasoned, used and consumed. If you’re quite the pro, then use it as a binder, a thickening ingredient for gravy or soup, a coating ingredient or even as a ready-to-go mashed potato with a main protein or carb meal.

Still not sure? Well, our week-long, potato-lover menu is just for you.

Monday: Aloo Tikki

Start the week with some delicious Aloo Tikki. Whether you want it with some green peas or some carrots, Aloo Tikki is super easy to make and just perfect for anyone fasting this festive period. Use Potato Flakes to create a tasty mash with spices like red chilli, chaat masala and salt. You can either shallow fry or deep fry them as per your preference. Relish it with some green chutney or tomato chutney, and get over the Monday blues.

Tuesday: Masala Dosa

Give a South Indian touch to your taste palettes with everyone’s all-time favourite. Just Potate makes life easier for you by reducing your cooking time. All you need to do is mash up the potato flakes and add some turmeric, mustard, cumin and other seasonings to your taste and voila, your dosa masala is ready!  If you want your masala to have some bite, you can add a couple of partially smashed potatoes and mix well with the masala made from Potato Flakes.
Pair it with some delicious coconut chutney and sambar to brighten up your day.

Wednesday: Aloo Paratha

Shoo the mid-week blues away with a classic dish. Skip the washing, peeling, boiling and mashing, and just grab Just Potate’s Potato Flakes, pour some warm water and whip up a perfect mash for your parathas with some onions lightly sauteed on a pan. Add the masala mix that takes you back to your roots and your filling for a scrumptious Aloo Paratha is ready ….and all these in just a jiffy!
