With over a decade of experience & 40 restaurants, the people behind Smoke House Deli & Social bring you Secret Ingredient Catering. Try their Flying Buffet, Burger Bar, Live BBQ Stations and Signature Cocktails. Favourites items include the Tenderloin Béarnaise Burger, Smoked Lamb Burger, Oregano Chicken Burger, Cuban Corn, Truffle Mac and Cheese, and Sticky Pork Ribs. They recommend trying not only the American but Indian Barbecue as well, with all-time favourites like galouti and kakori kebabs. Other chef favourites include the Aubergine Moussaka, Lamb Roast with Mint Sauce, Spinach and Corn Bake and of course, the Burgers. 2- 3 days’ notice works best.

Little Chefs specializes in gourmet food for kids parties. Their interactive live stations are a hit with young gourmands. They also have a focused canapé and hors de oeuvres menu derived from Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Indonesian and Continental cuisines. Fusion favourites are thin crust pizzas, lasagna cupcakes, hawaiian chicken quesadillas, and shawarmas, for which they make their own pita bread.
