Drawing inspiration from our favourite muse, join us as we mix, mingle and unveil the secrets of the most enigmatic drink at our bar inspired by memories of a bygone era. The history behind our favourite anise- coloured spirit is as colorful as it is delicious. At one point of time, it was all the rage among Parisians as many bohemian writers and artists called upon the “Green Fairy” in searc​​h of inspiration. The romantic association still lingers to this day as Gastronomica pays homage to it with a special selection of cocktails & absinthe infused dishes. To the ignorant, absinthe will forever remain but potent alcohol, for others she is the trusted guide en-route to artistic innovation; the symbol of thirst (for life).
