Pranai Gurung - Guitar Siddharth Jain - Drums Rahul Rai - Bass PRANAI GURUNG Undoubtedly one of the finest guitarists in the city, Pranai has been writing and collaborating with various musicians for over 15 years. He is as much as ease with Jazz and Bebop as with Funk, Pop, Retro, RnB and the Blues. He has worked with DRIFT The Trio, Silk Route (Mohit Chauhan’s band), Bipul Chettri, Shilpa Rao, BLU, The Crossover Jazz Collective, BollyJazz, Red Mawkin, etc. International artists like German Saxophonist Rainer Pusch, Gianni Dennitto and French singer Raphaelle Brochet have invited him to collaborate in what turned out to be performances of significant critical acclaim. Pranai has also performed concerts in some prestigious festivals like Jazzmandu 2003, NH7 2012, Shillong Jazz n Blues Festival 2014, Dhaka Jazz n Blues Festival 2015, Pune Jazz Utsav 2015, Hyderabad Jazz festival 2015, NH7 2015 and music venues in USA, Australia, UK, Dubai, Hong kong, Nepal and India. His versatility and experience led him to take up music education as a business as well. Pranai is the Academic Head and Director at the Blue Notes Music School in South Delhi which was established in 2008 and has created many successful music professionals in the city. SIDDHARTH JAIN Born and brought up in New Delhi, Siddharth Jain has had an interest in Drums from a very early age. He began his serious study in Drums at the age of 18 and started focusing the language of drumming and the various concepts of Rhythm. He went to study at the prestigious Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music, Chennai. Siddharth teaches drums both Privately and at various schools in New Delhi. Besides playing as a Session Player he continues to play and record with various Bands and Artists like Kitchensink, The December Quartet, Mrs. Ippi, Vasundhara etc., covering different styles like Funk, Rock, Jazz, R&B, Pop etc. He is also a Music Producer and Sound Engineer and the Founder of ‘The Crib’ Recording Studios in Delhi. RAHUL RAI Rahul Rai is a prominent and prolific session musician in the Delhi music circuit and have worked with Mohit Chauhan, Bipul Chettri, Neue Jazz Collective, MAP, Big bang blues, Rabbi, Sushmit Sen chronicles to name a few.
