One of the few avant garde artists who embraces simplicity and pure beauty in music and is always on the lookout for collaborations with unique voices in music. This led to many cross-over projects highly acclaimed by audience, press and industry all over the globe. Mark released 17 CD's on German, Dutch, Turkish, French, Swiss and US labels recorded a.o. in Senegal, Turkey and Cuba. Think of mesmerizing interpretations of Afro Cuban religious folklore in Cuba up to enchanting free improvised recordings with the wet dogs from Istanbul ‚Islak Köpek‘!
