He pushes the type of unrestrained fun that wobbles, bounces and thumps around a dancefloor all night long. 17 Years of Djing have started to pay off for Rick. Starting out playing at little known nightspots around New Delhi. His musical aspirations originated from genres such as 80s, a sound he grew up with from an early age. Rick has been DJing since 1998. During this time he has experimented with various styles of music and depending on where and when he is playing, his sound can now range from rock, 80’s classics, right through to driving electronic. This is a sign of his versatility as a DJ, which is a massive advantage in today’s dance scene. Rick has slowly moved on to bigger things. Having been resident as well as official Dj of bollywood star Arjun Rampal’s venture LAP The Club, New Delhi for the past six years. When Rick is not in the clubs taking over the decks, you will be sure to find him dancing to his favorite DJ's for the inspiration that pulled him into this scene in the first place. Having won the Red Bull Three Style Battle of DJ’s in 2011(New Delhi) makes him the only DJ to get it right. He played alongside worlds renowned DJ’s and Artistes, including Midival Punditz, Lady Ga Ga, Paolo Mojo, D. Ramirez, Hernan Cattaneo, 16 Bit Lolitas, Dnox & Beckers, Gareth Emery, Roger Sanchez, King Unique, Wehbba, Hed Kandi, Avicii, Sultan & Ned Shepherd, Skazi, My Digital Enemy, GMS, Boogie Pimps, Mylo, to name but a few… He can also change his style of music to suit any event, and is actively involved in Mobile Disco’s for almost 15 years, entertaining people at weddings, birthday parties and other social gatherings.
