Everything about Cafe Lota makes it awesome. It's unique menu, it's delicious drinks and dishes, it's serene and crafty location and ambience, everything is just amazing.

I had never tried these dishes anywhere before.
The chicken chunks perfectly blended with south indian spices were so delish, while the mushroom uttapam was a treat to the eyes. Though it was a bit bland to taste but the coconut and tomato chutney were the star of the dish which complimented the uttapam perfectly.
All in all, this place is a must visit and if you are looking forward to do something more than just eating, you can visit the national crafts museum as well.
