The only pimple patches I’ve used are these Sanfe ones, and it’s safe to say it did the work for me, however decently. While I wouldn’t rate it as the best one on the market, I do think it’s a good way to start your acne patch journey. The results are a little slow; if you sweat a lot, the patch will come off, so be mindful of where you’re using it. I put it on a night out, and by morning, I could see my pimple subsiding, but it only worked on the smaller less troublesome ones. Infused with hydrocolloid (absorb fluids), aloe vera (soothes, hydrates, and nourishes) and turmeric (anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial), it works on treating the acne from its roots than just serving as an acne cover.

10/10 for ease of convenience cause these acne patches are available EVERYWHERE. Any time I feel a stress breakout popping out on a work day, I order these off BlinkIt and call it day. It sticks on for quite a few hours and works well to dry the acne as well as helping with healing. These don't work as quick as some of the other brands on this list but nonetheless, a pocket-friendly and feasible option for when you are in urgent need of acne patches to avoid the icky feeling of touching it again and again. The combination of hydrocolloid and salicylic acid dries down the breakout effectively without scarring.
