'Flavors of Afghanistan' at the Roseate House New Delhi to celebrate 100th anniversary of Afghanistan’s independence. It's being hosted at DEL which is an all-day bistro at Roseate House New Delhi. The USP of DEL is its changing menu at every mealtime, influenced by the movement of global travellers, which also makes it ideal for all-day dining in Delhi.
The menu included Afghani delights such as Murgh Yakhni, Bollani Gandana, Lamb Dopeyaza and Kabuli Palaw, all curated by Chef Fariba Alizada. Chef Fariba was super nice and explained the food well. We discussed the Indo-afghan connect and how food transcends boundaries.
