Got Almond Butter? Make A Grilled Cheese Pomo Sandwich With It!

Happy Jar's Almond Butter is the second time I'm trying almond butter. I'm more of a peanut butter person if you ask me. But this dark chocolate flavoured almond butter is a new favourite. The spread is rich and it's slightly crunchy, but what wins it for me the dark chocolate flavour. It works well just as a spread on any bread, but when you use it to make grilled cheese sandwiches as I've done (check out the video), the chocolate-cheese combo works. It's slightly on the expensive side, it's INR 430 for a bottle, but it's worth it. Folks who are looking for vegan or gluten-free options, this just has almonds, jaggery, and dark chocolate. It's also keto-friendly.
