Apni Basti Mela is celebrating 700 years of living heritage. It is an event dedicated to the oldest settlements in Delhi. They have a ton to offer, including heritage walks through the lanes of Nizamuddin Basti (pre-registration required), that happens daily and food workshops held by the master chefs of the Basti (pre-registration required). Apart from this, the Apni Basti Mela will also have many workshops related to sanjhi (art) workshop, toy making, and jewellery making, among others. Also, some of the new editions at this year's mela are sparrow nest making and a bee workshop.
You are in for a lot of fun as magic shows, puppet shows, singing competition, and similar stuff is happening as well.
