This was on our to-do-list on our trip to Delhi as this was one of the oldest places serving some delicious mutton delicacies. We had been here for early dinner around 6:45. We had to wait to get a table. Yes, people are here almost every time. After settling down we asked for mutton seekh kabab and mutton Burra from their starters. Seekh kabab was luscious. I just loved every bit of it, which made me call for another plate of seekh kababs.
Mutton Burra was flavorful but I felt it was too dry. Also, they did not serve any chutney along with it.
We then asked for mutton kurma along with plain rice. The kurma was tasty but I did not like the rice as it was different rice which I’ve never tasted.
We winded up with kheer phirni. This was okay.
A good place for mutton lovers.
