Aqua aerobics: Cristiana Pipoli’s version of aerobics in a swimming pool. Essentially, it’s an hour long cardiovascular class, highly packed with activity that you won’t even feel, thanks to all the buoyancy of the water.

Anyone and everyone who’s looking to get a workout in, and may not be a gym junkie. All shapes, sizes and ages. Even if you’re a non-swimmer, it’s perfectly safe.

Why Should I Go For It?

Considering it’s harder to move in the water, it’s super-effective—you’ll work your muscles in a way you never have before and manage to stay cool at the same time. We call that a double whammy.

Cristiana also conducts Latino dance fitness classes and body sculpting classes {low-impact workouts with weights}, but we definitely recommend her Aqua-robics class because of how versatile it is.
