Needledust’s new line features styles that incorporate designer, Arpita Mehta’s classic and intricate embroideries in an array of colourful options. Arpita’s work is easy, fun, glamorous and fresh and the label concentrates on understated, attractive and detailed silhouettes. She has extended the same sensibilities of design and comfort to the juttis, as well.

Her collections comprise contemporary ethnic as well as fusion ensembles, largely focussing on intricate embroidery {think vibrant anchor threads and badhla}, used in innovative ways, which make her clothes stand out.

This new and quirky collection includes seven styles as of now, featuring a colour palette ranging from classic gold to pop orange and bright yellow to fresh aqua, with the classic craftsmanship Needledust has come to stand for.

Each style has its own pairing potential, from wedding ensembles to a crisp white shirt and indigo blue jeans, it’s all up to you and your personal style. We loved the red and matte gold ones in particular, super additions to a summer wardrobe because you don’t need a shaadi to dress up!
