Delivery joint Asian Haus has introduced their new healthy menu, promising the same great, consistent taste and service that we’ve come to rely on, with fewer calories. Think quinoa, avocado and asparagus.

What’s on the Menu?

Most people we know resolved to eat healthier this year.  Now that we’ve gotten to March, even the most disciplined amongst us are struggling to stick to that resolve. Making the making of good choices a little easier is our go to delivery spot – Asian Haus.

The healthy menu is small, but spans across vegetarian, chicken and seafood Asian staples, including soups, dim sums and sushi. The Edamame & Quinoa Salad is a gorgeous explosion of bright and clean flavours.  The Crab & Avocado Brown Rice Roll is another genius lean adaptation, the creaminess of the crab perfectly supported by the strong fibrous consistency of the brown rice. From the gluten-free options, the stir-fried asparagus & broccoli shines in its simplicity.

So, We’re Saying…

To split hairs, we do wish they’d set out the calories of each dish to help us make even better choices. Specifically, we’re not certain how ‘light’ the Fried Brown Rice with Garlic & Edamame or the Whole Wheat Noodles with Spring Veggies actually are – some nutritional information would make navigating this menu even more rewarding.
