What is It?

Twisted Food is bringing you yet another food pop-up, but this time they are bringing in the flavours of Naga cuisine by collaborating with dzükou tribal kitchen. The unlimited buffet will feature an exciting range of traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights.

Powered by GoYaNo, the menu has Pork with Bamboo Shoots, Chicken Wings in Ghost Chilli, Pumpkin Fritters in Chickpea Flour, Black Sesame Paste, Stir-Fried Greens in Naga Herbs, and much more.

However, the highlight will be Black Rice Pudding prepared with Manipuri rice, raisins and cashew nuts.

Those looking for their fix of innovative, comfort meals, straight from the kitchens of the north-east! Twisted Food is known for its innovative delicacies prepared from the freshest of ingredients, and served in an ambience that will remind you of home.

Why Should I Go for It?

In case, you're still wondering what the dishes will be like, well, imagine juicy chunks of pork in bamboo shoot, succulent chicken in crushed black pepper, fresh river fish cooked in tomato sour gravy, stir-fried greens in Naga herbs, lentils with elephant apple, the very sinful black rice pudding, and much more.

There will also be tamul-paan to wind up the perfect meal. Vegetarians needn’t worry, as there are some fantastic vegetarian dishes on the cards as well.
