Vatsala’s sweet treats have a lot of loyal takers who’d vouch for her Belgian Double Chocolate Mousse or fresh Coconut Truffles even in their sleep, and you gotta try them to get the sweet fix you need. The Neapolitan Cake slice had a layer of white chocolate slathered on top but every bite was soft as a cushion.
