Established in 1954, Banshi di Hatti starts its preparations at four in the morning. Pindi Channa are boiled continuously for hours and then prepared in their special home-made masalas. Served with a dollop of green chutney, the chhole bhature here are surprisingly not that oily, and make for the perfect power brekkie.
