What Makes It Awesome?

The Basant Mela at Andheria Modh Delhi is here to usher in the spring with a blaze of colours and patterns so vivid it will leave you spellbound.

An unusually cold February could not dampen my spirits and off I went to my favourite place with great enthusiasm. And boy, was I glad I went. This place was a cornucopia of talented designers and entrepreneurs with an array of the most amazing hand made products.

Crochet slippers with detachable patterns, beautiful paper jewellery, cane products for home, Ikat bags, phulkari furniture and pictures, watercolours on lamps and trays, beautifully styled clothes, jewellery made with seeds, reed and straw, hand painted furniture and home decor collectables. The list is endless.

There were so many stalls with gorgeous merchandise. All I can tell you guys is to go there and see for yourself and shop to your heart's content.
Their food stalls from different regions of India are delectable and authentic.
