Okay, so you can’t rush to the spa every second day just because you’re having a bad day. No worries - just turn your own bathroom into one. All you’d have to do is stock up on these bath and body products from Essence Of Earth, and you pretty much get that same spa-level pampering. In fact, their products are good for your health, too: all-natural, homemade and using home-grown ingredients! Need we say more?
It all started when the founder, Praneetha, found that her severe hair fall problem could only be cured by using natural hair oil recipes passed down from her grandmother. What started out as her gifting these recipes to friends and family, eventually turned into a business. And now she’s joined by her husband, brother and sister-in-law: Suraj, Prashanth and Pavani, so it’s become a family business of sorts!
For your hair, you’ll find oils, packs and washes. Even the oil base (cold-pressed coconut oil) is made from home, so it’s all safe. These are priced from INR 200 upwards (customisation costs a little more). As for your skin, they have face packs, soaps, lip balms and foot soaks and bath salts. We’d especially recommend the soaps (we quite liked the charcoal and shea butter ones!): starting from INR 100 upwards, they are all made from scratch, with natural ingredients and have no parabens.
