I'd pick dessert over literally everything else but what I could easily do without is the guilt that comes with going overboard and finishing an entire jar of cookies at once. Relateable much? For a yummy but healthier dessert fix, I had to check out Health Kitchen By BB, a part of this year's LBB Dessert Bazaar!
Their desserts are seriously healthy and seriously (read extra) delicious. They are also gluten-free, sugar-free and gut-friendly. Their menu comprises of FITCookies, chocolate truffles, keto or oat fudge bites, almond butter granola and even some raw and vegan options for cookies and brownies.
So be it for random snacking or dessert time, this brand is what you need if you're simply trying to make more health conscious choices or looking to try out a new dessert. We promise, you won't be comprising on those tastebuds to eat healthy.
