Nothing can beat the classic Gin & Tonic combo that’s a go-to for gin lovers around the globe! But there is such a thing as G&T done right. How, you ask? Use this recipe to know how much of what to add to your cocktail for the perfect balance.

Ingredients

50ml Beefeater Dry London Gin, 150ml Indian Tonic Water

Method

Stir both ingredients together to form the perfect blend. Serve in a Highball or Copa glass for a beautiful presentation. Go for the classic lemon/orange wheel garnish on your glass or give your drink an exciting twist by adding strawberry slices in it to transform it into a Pink Strawberry cocktail.

Frozen B&T Twist

If you’re a fan of the classic Gin and Tonic, you’ll love this tangy sibling.

Ingredients

60ml Beefeater Dry London Gin, 50ml Tonic, 15ml Lemon Juice, 5ml Sugar Syrup, + 50ml Tonic (not blended)

Method

Blend your Beefeater Dry London Gin and tonic with lemon juice, sugar syrup and lots of ice. Serve in a Copa glass (for the authentic cocktail feel) and top it up with 50ml tonic (not blended). Spruce up your presentation with lemon or orange wheels on top of your icy beverage. Sip away! (Beware of brain freeze!)

Summer Lemonade

Summertime calls for some refreshing lemonade and boy oh boy does this Summer Lemonade cocktail check off all the boxes. 

Ingredients

60ml Beefeater Dry London Gin, 20ml Lemon Juice, 20ml Agave Syrup/Honey, 1 Fresh Passion Fruit, + 50ml Lemonade (not blended)

Method

Blend all your ingredients except the lemonade (hold the ice). Strain your blended concoction to get rid of the passion fruit seeds. Add two handfuls of crushed ice to your blended mixture and blend away till you reach a granita texture. Serve in a jar or Copa glass and top up with 50ml lemonade. Add a lemon wheel or passionfruit slice for garnish.

Mango Fresh

Mango season may be technically over but you'll never miss it with this sweet and tangy Mango Fresh cocktail!

Ingredients

60ml Beefeater Dry London Gin, 150ml Mango Juice, 20ml Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup, 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method

Throw all your ingredients together in a blender and hit that switch till you reach your desired consistency. Serve in a jar for an extra flair. Serve with a mango slice (that’s the real cherry on top).

Pomegranate Negroni

Enjoy a pomegranate cocktail delight with hints of bitterness and tartness. Perfect for any classy occasion or even a last-minute sundowner at home; top it up with soda for a twist on a classic Americano.

Ingredients

40ml Beefeater Dry London Gin, 30ml Campari, 25ml Lillet Blanc, 10ml Pomegranate Juice, 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method

Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass with lots of ice. Stir that mixture until chilled. Strain your tempting concoction into an ice-filled rocks/coupe glass. Add an orange twist to the side of your glass for a tropical-looking finish.

Fresh, fruity and tart goodness is what you get when you go tropical with a beachy Tropic Collins cocktail. The perfect drink for you and your friends to enjoy all year long.

Ingredients

50ml Beefeater Dry London Gin, 20ml Honey Syrup, 25ml Fresh Pineapple Juice, 20ml Lemon Juice, 3 Mint Leaves, + 50ml Soda (not blended)

Method

Throw together your Beefeater Dry London Gin, muddled mint leaves, honey syrup, lemon and pineapple juice into a shaker. Shake away and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top up your mixture with soda and stir to bring it all together. Add a lemon wheel on top along with some fresh mint leaves and voila!

Green Goddess

Get a taste of herbaceous and complex flavour profiles with this gin-based cocktail or as some people would say, it tastes like green! The perfect fit for cocktails and parties, go green at the next get-together.

Ingredients

35ml Beefeater Dry London Gin, 45g Fresh Cucumber, 20ml Fresh Lime Juice, 15ml Honey Syrup, 4-5 Large Basil Leaves, 100g Crushed Ice

Method

Blend all your ingredients (hold the gin for now) together for an aromatic mixture. Pass it through a sieve and skim. Pour it into an airtight bottle for easy storage in the fridge. Serve it in a glass presentation bottle filled with chipped ice or go the punch cup route half-rimmed with salt and pepper. Add the gin and garnish with a basil leaf.

Marmalade Daiquiri

Whether you’re in the mood for a pre-dinner refreshment or a sundowner, the Marmalade Daiquiri, with its citrus freshness and a slightly sour zing, is the answer to your wishes.

Ingredients

50ml Beefeater Dry London Gin, 20ml Fresh Lime Juice, 20ml Agave Syrup, 1 Bar Spoon Orange Marmalade

Method

Pour your Beefeater Gin, lime juice, and agave syrup with some marmalade into a shaker. Add some ice and give it a good shake until chilled. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe/martini glass with a lime wheel on its rim. Enjoy!
