Meet Eeshaan Kashyap, the man who’s all about the créme-de-la-créme and loves all the good things in life. A chef by profession, Eeshaan is the Vice President for the Group Pass Code Hospitality and manages some of our favourite restaurants around town – A Ta Maison in Sundar Nagar Market, PCO in Vasant Vihar, Pings Cafe Orient and Jamun in Lodhi Colony. He loves experimenting with food {and fashion}. 

A Chef With Impeccable Taste

The way to this man’s heart is through his soles {literally!} and his bespoke shoe collection is sure to blow your socks away. He’s got numerous pairs customised by designer Jeetinder Sandhu, including a glitzy pair of Swarovski socks {no, really}. He’s also crazy about statement brooches, hats, bow ties, mismatched cutlery and enjoys experimenting with tea and coming up with his own unique blends.

Eeshaan’s passion for finding the perfect fragrance has taken him from the lanes of Old Delhi to Frédéric Malle in Paris. He recently discovered Jahnvi Dameron’s gorgeous perfume – Musc Tonkin and it’s now his go-to fragrance.

1. Mittal Tea Shop for their variety of teas with exotic fine ingredients and dried flowers. It’s Eeshaan’s all time favourite shop in the old Lutyens market of Sundar Nagar.

2. MEC Syrian Food for their delish dolma and Egyptian delicacies at MEC Syrian Food in Sarita Vihar. This hidden gem is for all the brave gourmands out there.

3. Tiny shop in Old Delhi Sadar Bazaar for their tube rose essence, Eeshaan usually dilutes it and rubs it on wood and leather in his house.
