From commercial nights at Tito’s to psy-trance raves at Hill Top, Goa has a party for every kind of tourist. Are you too heading to the Sunshine State and wondering where the action’s at? Have a look at this guide to the hottest beaches for nightlife in Goa!

Candolim Beach

Candolim is home to Showbar Exchange and SinQ, two hot party destinations that are loved by all those who choose to visit North Goa. With both located right next to each other, they’re seen buzzing all through the week. If you’re coming here on a weekend, expect the party to go on till 3 am. Another favourite is Cohiba for retro tunes and live music nights that are an epic way to party like the locals in Goa.

If however, you want to keep it low-key and by the beach, Calamari is one of the oldest shacks in Candolim, and is a highly recommended nightlife destination by locals as well as tourists. Visit to relish fresh seafood preparations for dinner, and stay back to dance to commercial tunes, with great cocktails to keep you going! LPK is great for those who like hip hop and commercial music. Weekends here are packed with party-goers, so be prepared to wait in line. The party here picks up around 11 pm, and goes on until the wee hours of the morning!

Baga Beach

One of the most popular beaches for nightlife in Goa, Baga is seen buzzing with tourists throughout the year, especially during season time. If you are in the mood for commercial music, it doesn’t get better than Tito’s Bar and Club and Mambos. If you’re looking to enjoy dinner and drinks at a pub, Capetown Café is one of the best bets. They even have a dance floor that is filled with party-goers on the weekend. If live music is what you’re looking for, try Anthony’s Shack, especially on Tuesday when they have Karaoke Nights. Britto’s is a family friendly place by the beach that is great for enjoying live music and drinks. If you’d prefer live music and an older crowd, head to Cavala. This laid-back restaurant is set in a heritage house with a gorgeous garden and a courtyard bar. There’s live entertainment most nights, with Friday nights being the most popular.
