A super budget friendly pick, Yardley London's deodorants have been quite popular for a while now. They have a range of fragrances to choose from. The Morning Dew one is a great scent if you're looking for something floral, light, and something that's not at all on the nose. It has hints of mandarin, freesia, rose, musk, and sandalwood. Yes, quite the mix, but according to Amazon reviews, it's worth the try.
Why We Love It: This one comes with legacy, and so if it's good enough for mum, grandmother and her mother...we'll take it!
Dove is a classic that is still going strong with its range of self-care beauty products. The deodorant features the classic Dove smell which is heady, milky, and sweet-smelling. According to several Amazon users, this one is quite worth the money especially if you're someone who sweats profusely! It claims to last up to 24 hours, which a few users even vouch for. The formulation is cream based which makes it skin-friendly, claiming to reduce underarm dark spots too.
Why We Love It: It is alcohol free, Paraben free, and an antiperspirant.
If you're ever in a fix and really need to get your hands on something quick, then pick this one up. MINISO has a range of unisex deodorants called Four Season, that are not only super affordable, but also get the job done. It's perfect for gym goers who need a spritz before, after or even during a workout sesh. Don't expect top notch quality, but there is also no risk done to the skin. This one is particularly nice smelling thanks to the rose, green leaves, and sandalwood notes, it's a tad strong, but fades off fast enough leaving a lingering pleasant smell. All in all, worth it.
Why We Love It: It's super economical, and that wins over everything else some days!
A personal favourite, Maaya by Studiowest is a good option for deos. The fragrance is particularly pleasant with notes of vanilla, musk, and floral. It's subtle and easily lasts all day long, and lingers long after too. It's perfect for the gym, if you want to smell fresh. It is not an anti-perspirant, but it is definitely gentle on the skin despite being alcohol based.
Why We Love It: We actually like that it isn't anti-perspirant because sweating is natural and you don't really want to be clogging your pores with deodorant all the time.
If you're someone who prefers pit creams and roll ons, then check out this Lavender Roll On Deodorant by Marks and Spencer. It's anti-perspirant which makes it great for long humid days, or even cardio days at the gym. It's got a warm, relaxing scent of lavender which is good for the skin and does not sting. They also have other roll on deodorant options in rose, magnolia, lemon & neroli and many more here.
LBB Tip: It is alcohol free and works well even of sensitive skin. We tried! It doesn't have even a hint of that burning sensation when you roll it on.
According to verified Nykaa users, the fragrance of this one is quite classic, being mild yet strong enough to linger a good five to six hours. You might have to re-spray though, so we'd suggest you take a gamble on this for the fragrance itself. It's alcohol based, and not antiperspirant but definitely fights odour.
Why We Love It: We have not tried it yet, but hey Antonio Banderas in the name has us "Adding To Cart'.
