Nothing can compete with fresh, handmade pasta as the ideal girl dinner, according to Team LBB. And those 'What to eat in Italy' reels have only fueled our desire to eat some handmade pasta. So while we are consciously trying to save money (and leaves) for a trip to Italy, we are also constantly looking for places to satisfy our pasta cravings in the capital.

We know Delhi cannot replicate the dolce vita experience one wants to experience in life, with all of the delicious food, vino, and scenic views, but these fresh pasta spots may keep our head sane for some time with their handmade ravioli, spaghetti, and much more until we finally take the trip (because it costs nothing to make up fake scenarios in your head, right?).

Diva - The Italian Restaurant

Every visit to Diva leaves our hearts and stomachs satisfied and happy. To be honest, Diva is one of the few restaurants in Delhi that continues to surprise you with the level of attention that can be given to one's food. Every single ingredient in the dish makes sense for being there. Prepare to be amazed when it comes to handmade pastas because there is nothing gimmicky about them. From the classic Linguine With Seafood to the humble Handmade Fresh Pasta With Duo Of Tomato Sauce, every bite hits the right spot.

MKT is one of our favourite comfort-food restaurants in the capital because the ambience is relaxed and laid-back, while the food preparations take centre stage. The Quattro Formaggio Tortellini, a handmade pasta dish, feels like a warm hug. The parmesan, goat cheese, ricotta, and hazelnut mascarpone combine to create a flavour that feels like being dunked in cheese. The seasonings are subtle, with hints of lemon, hazelnut, and dill that perfectly balance the cheese's creaminess.

Mushroom Tortelloni is another of our favourites, ideal for folks who enjoy mushrooms and simple flavours.
