What Makes It Awesome

If you happen to be in CP and wanting to eat something different yet Indian, head to the National Crafts Museum. Cafe Lota is located inside the museum premises and serves delish regional food. The menu is well curated and represents literally every part of India. Would recommend their palak patta chaat, mini rawa idli molgapodi, Assamese black chicken which comes along with tingmo, mutton sukkha with raagi appam and the delicious apple jalebi with coconut rabri - all this tasted so heavenly!

What Could Be Better?

Their parking facility needs major improvement as currently, they have space to house, not more than three-four cars. Rest have to park far away, and that becomes such a drag!

What's My Pro Tip?

Try anything from their menu, including their drinks like bel sharbat, sattu ka sharbat; you won’t be disappointed. There is a modern take on the food, yet the authenticity of the cuisine is kept intact. You will to gorge on their great food and absolutely love their excellent service.

Anything Else?

Go either early in the evening or after 9pm, then you'll have a better chance of getting a table and skip the waiting period.
