With growing Japanese influence, and K-dramas and animes becoming a global phenomenon, one dish that has become extremely popular that we have all come to love is Ramen. It plays a pivotal role in many of the shows and provides unmatched comfort to the characters in distress, often being consumed as ‘soul food’. In popular imagination too, it has come to occupy a comfort-food status, (maggie stans, don't hate us) and we don’t have to remind you of the 2020 YouTube, where people were only cooking ramen in 20 different ways (trend courtesy: Lisa Nguyen). So, it's probably safe to say that ramen is the new date/brunch food, and if that’s the case with you, we have curated the ultimate list of best ramen spots in Delhi providing authentic ramen flavours, which will surely become your go-to hangouts for some good old SLURPING!
