Vikaspuri isn’t the most sought after food destination, but given the eateries we just visited, it definitely should be. Here are some places to look up when you’re in the area.

Almost a decade old, Momos Express has been successfully delivering the best momos in Vikaspuri for a while now. Their gravy momos are the best, and along with a variety of steamed, fried and gravy momos, they also serve popular Chinjabi fare from their petite shack.
Contrary to the name, this isn’t a café. There is no seating arrangement and no home delivery. What they do have, however, is the best chhole bhature in Vikaspuri {or perhaps all of west Delhi}. They are so famous that you may even have to wait up to two hours on Sundays. They also serve aloo puri and chhole puri, but are mainly known for their paneer bhaturas.
This is another famous eatery in Vikaspuri. This Chinese van serves some lovely desi Chinese fare that might be a little over priced {going by the van scenario}, but of good quantity and quality.

If you love thy South Indian grub and would love free extra servings of delicious sambhar, this is your place to be. Go grab them dosas and uthappams for a nice time, though don’t keep your expectations high on the ambience.
This place has been serving some delicious Mughlai goodies at reasonable rates for some time now, and you can try anything from their tandoor section. Their Pudina Chicken Tikka is love; do try it.
This one is a small takeaway outlet that has always managed to maintain its standard. We’d recommend trying their Afghani chicken, stuffed tangri kebabs and biryani.
