    Bored of the same old gym routine? You can now wake up every morning and do bhangra. We’re not kidding – Krishan Tiwari of Krish Fitness conducts bhangra, stepper and hi-lo workout sessions every morning and evening.

    That’s what you’ll be saying when you look at your weighing scale at the end of two-three months. The one-hour session has you stretching, jumping around, jogging on the spot, jumping around and twirling in rhythm with the beats. It’s all choreographed in advance and the class progresses at a slow and steady pace so don’t worry about getting left behind at any point. The trainer, Krishnan Tiwari specialises in weight training, outdoor functional training, Bootcamps, Hi-lo, Step and Bhangra cardio. And you’ll see a little bit of everything in his classes, giving your body every kind of exercise it needs.

    What better way to lose weight than to dance to peppy traditional Punjabi music {there’s a little bit of Bollywood thrown in now and then too}.
