What Is It?

What if, as you’re turning the pages of a book and journeying through its story, it could talk to you? Answer your questions, clear your doubts and maybe even change your opinion? While books may still limit readers to an one-way exchange of ideas, people are a rich repository of stories that, thanks to Human Library, are now easily shared.

After Hyderabad & Mumbai, Human Library is coming to Delhi – 11 human ‘books’, 20 minutes to hear and talk about their story, 5 perspective-shifting hours and a Sunday well-spent.

Who Is It For?

Excluding a certain kind of person would go against everything Human Library stands for – whoever you are, you deserve the opportunity to listen to these stories.

Why Should I Go For It?

Each of the 11 ‘books’ have been carefully curated by the organisers so they offer attendees a completely different, unique experience. Drug addiction, personal loss, unconventional careers or domestic abuse, the most important thing is you listen before you ask. Now, more than ever, we need to have conversations instead of forming snap judgments – don’t judge a book by its cover remember? Human library reinforces that.

We can’t think of a better, more novel way, to spend Sunday.
