Let me start this review by declaring that I am an absolute breakfast lover ! I am the kind of person who would actually travel miles early in the morning to enjoy some delicious breakfast. So this weekend we made a visit to Ama Cafe which is located in Majnu ka Tila . This is near the Monastery and you can see a lot of college crowd . That is why this cafe will not burn a hole in your pockets ! I had been hearing some good reviews about this one and I can definitely say that it’s worth a visit. This is open from 8AM and on most days it’s very difficult to get a table if you don’t turn up early. They serve breakfast platters or you can choose individual dishes . Pancakes are a MUST try . I don’t think I have had a more fluffy or a light pancake anywhere else , it’s almost like a sponge cake ! Their coffee is good too and yay - they serve fresh juices . The interior is well done with very comfortable seating. It’s quirky, it’s fun , it’s delicious! All in all , I would highly recommend this place for a budget friendly breakfast . Pro Tip: Don’t forget to visit the market near Monastery , you can get some lovely souvenirs .
