Our favourite chai cafe, Chaayos, after rescuing us at work with their chai delivery, is now all set to woo us with their newest range of bun maskas, blending the sweet with sour and spicy.
Buns for everyone
If you fancy a small bite while you sip on your glass of cutting chai, Chaayos' new bun maskas may just be the ideal accompaniment. Whether you like it sweet or spicy, they've tried to cater to every taste.
Choose from flavours including Achari, Honey Lemon, Mint Jalapeno, and Sundried Tomatoes and Olives. The buns are toasted, with a crispy outer layer and subtle flavours. If you like your spice, we'd recommend trying the Achari one with its chatpata pickle flavour. For a slightly sweeter experience, the very mildly-flavoured honey will hit the spot. The sundried tomatoes one reminded us of focaccia bread - we could munch on it at any time of the day.
Oodles of noodles
Now that Maggi is back in the market, we're looking forward to Chaayos working their magic with it. They're soon going to be a doing a 2 Minute Maggi Sandwich full of the masaledar noodles and crunchy vegetables.
