This well-heeled globetrotter aunty says she treats food like art, lovingly mixing spices masalas and marinating her fish tikkas that are now 'world-famous' in Gurgaon. Post her short stints in Amritsar and Southall, she spent time perfecting every dish in the kitchen before she was ready to start her delivery service. In keeping with her spirit, she doesn’t believe in skimming on ghee and other food groups that the oldies believe are actually good for you.
Folks in Gurgaon who’ve ordered from her praise the Bhatti Roasted Spicy Chicken, Paneer Khurchan with Malabar Paratha , and Afghan Soya Chaap. If you don’t want to go by the popular vote, we’d suggest trying Bombay Butter Chicken, Kashmiri Rogan Josh, or Aunty’s Paneer Makhani with Buraani Naan.
