What Makes It Awesome

Whether you're team gajar ka halwa or strictly team cheesecake, there's one thing all teams would agree on; literally all of our favourite desserts are FULL of sugar. While we may feel okay indulging every once in a while, for people like me who have a sweet tooth that needs satiating on the daily, I had to look for healthier and more guilt-free alternatives. Cheat Street's Stuti is a home baker who makes completely sugar-free desserts that still hit the (sweet) spot.

I love that the menu isn't strictly focused on Indian or cake-y desserts, they've got a little bit of everything. Part of their desi desserts is their (seasonal) gajar ka halwa made with skimmed milk and jaggery, pinni ladoo made with roasted oats and peanut butter (and full of nuts), and a kesar pudding with lotus seeds and rose petals. Other than these, there's a seasonal fruit cheesecake that you can even get by the slice, chia seed pudding and a multigrain crust filled with chocolate and cream cheese. For more snack-y desserts, there's granola bars that are sweetened naturally with dates, chocolate-banana bites that are stuffed with nuts and stuffed Arabic dates.

Cheat Street delivers all over Delhi NCR, just make sure you place your order 24 hours in advance since it's made to order and totally fresh.

Price: INR 200 for 250g of gajar ka halwa, INR 199 for a slice of cheesecake, INR 499 for 6 granola bars
