So, we took on the challenge and chatted with 'gastronaut' Vicky Ratnani. Chef Vicky is a household name and unless you absolutely detest food, there's no way you'd not have heard of him. A TV host, author of multiple cookbooks, and of course always cooking up a storm in the kitchen, he was also voted Chef Of The Year by Indian Restaurant Awards in 2015. Currently, Vicky the Chef (that's his Instagram handle by the way) is serving up some delicious burgers at Speak Burgers, Mumbai.
