The passion project of a self-taught baker and pastry chef, Ritu Vohra, Choctales has been in the biz for almost two decades now. Operating out of her home kitchen, Ritu has single-handedly excelled the art of dessert making, which is pretty evident from her Instagram page.
Brownies, tea cakes, cookies, granola, chocolates, ice cream cakes, dessert jars - the menu here is as varied as it gets. Ritu even lists down a Fusion Menu which consists of unusual yet heavenly cakes like Rasmalai and Gulabjamun cakes. No, we're not kidding. We absolutely loved their Chocolate Caramel Tart which also happens to be one of their most popular desserts. Ice cream cakes are hands-down the best invention by humankind and Ritu has quite a few flavours in those too.
